For Chinese input languages and possibly other languages, there could be a problem where a new input language is added but does not appear on SoftXpand workstation, or appears once, and disappears after a user logs off and on again.

Follow these steps for a workaround which resolves this known issue:
- Download this zip file.
- Extract the content of the zip file to your computer.
The folder contains 3 files:- Webpage: Locale IDs, Input Locales, and Language Collections for Windows XP and Windows Server 2003
- chinese.txt
- InLocale.cmd
- Open the webpage and locate your language.
- Copy its Valid Locale ID:InputLocale combinations into the text file and save.
- Put the txt file in C:\Windows.
- Now go to SoftXpand Admin Tools.
- Open the Host properties.
- Under Run programs – insert the following command:
Program name: Rundll32
Program Parameters: shell32,Control_RunDLLintl.cpl,,/f:"C:\WINDOWS\chinese.txt"
As in this picture:

This will ensure that on every logon the workstation, the Chinese input will be applied.
Note: for Chinese – you must install files for East Asian languages.
