"My wife is not much of a gamer (sticks to Facebook/Mobile type games, Angry Birds, Words with Friends, etc), so when she asked to play Borderlands 2 with me, I was completely blown away.
I only have one copy of BL2, so was frantically searching for a way for both of us to play on the same PC before she lost interest.
What I found was exactly what I was looking for: SoftXpand by Miniframe. It is a software that turns each monitor on a given PC into its own virtual PC, allowing for multiple users to be signed in to the same PC at once.
The users can then launch whichever apps they choose at the same time (provided the host PC is powerful enough).

My wife and I tested it out with Borderlands 2, and it worked flawlessly. Each user had to have their own keyboard/mouse (my wife used wired, and I used wireless, and didn’t have any issues).
Since we were on a trial version of the program, we were only able to play for an hour before the trial limitations kicked in, but it was exactly what I was looking for.
All in all, it was an amazing piece of software and I’m excited that I found it!
