Raz Rafaeli, CEO
Raz brings MiniFrame more than 20 years of international experience and achievements in the enterprise, semiconductors and telecommunications industries.
Prior to joining MiniFrame Raz served as Vice President Business at Saifun Semiconductors and managed the global Licensing activities of Spansion Inc., who acquired Saifun on March 2008. Prior to Saifun, Mr. Rafaeli served as Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at M-Systems, which was acquired by SanDisk at the end of 2006. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Rafaeli was co-founder and CEO of Business Entry, Inc., a system house company specializing in business continuity and disaster recovery solutions. From 1995 to 2002, Mr. Rafaeli was co-founder, CEO & President of Milestone Software & Systems, Inc. a company that develops and markets network management applications and tools. Previously, Raz Rafaeli held various management positions at Israeli telecommunication and software companies.
Raz Rafaeli holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University, Israel.
Chen Tetelman, VP R&D
Chen Tetelman has over 20 years of experience as executive R&D management and product management roles with top global high-tech companies in security solutions, Web, protocols, and product designs.
Past positions include VP R&D & Product at SPATIQ. Spatiq's offers powerful "Entitlement Management" solution allows large corporations to streamline their business information flow, while maintaining precise control over access to information and actions within the organization. Before that, Chen was Director, Authentication Product Management at Aladdin, a leading provider of security solutions used to protect digital assets, enable secure business, and maximize the benefits from commercializing digital content. Prior to joining Aladdin, Chen was a Senior Development Manager and Product manager at BMC Software. BMC provides system management, service management and automation solutions primarily for large enterprises. Its portfolio of software solutions spans mainframe and distributed systems, applications, databases and information technology (IT) process management functions. Previous to that, Chen held VP R&D at CONTROLGUARD, an Israeli software firm specializing in securing endpoints and providing data leakage solutions. Chen also held Director Development, R&D at CA, a world leader in IT Management software solutions for complex computing environments.
Chen Tetelman holds a Bs.c in Computer Science from the Technion Institute of Technology, Israel.
Donald Rich, VP Product Management
Donald Rich brings over 20 years of experience defining and developing leading edge products. Prior to joining MiniFrame, Donald Rich served as Principal Systems Design Engineer and Product Manager at M-Systems Flash Disk Pioneers and SanDisk Corp. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Rich was Senior Software Engineer at Seaside Software. Previously, Donald Rich held various senior software engineer positions at Israeli leading hi-tech companies, including Intel Israel. Donald Rich is an inventor, currently having 22 patents granted or in review, an author of several software and biology publications, and served as Technical Editor for both IEEE 1667 Standards.
Donald Rich holds a M.Sc. in Software Engineering from the Wang Institute of Graduate Studies, USA, and a M.Sc. in Biology from the Boston University, USA.
Meira Itskovich, Controller
Meira Itskovich has been an employee of MiniFrame since 2006. In her role, Meira is responsible for all company’s financial and administration matters including company budget, monthly and annual financial reports & finance management. Meira Itskovich brings more than 10 years experience in the financial field with particular focus to eLearning & ERP companies.
